Conflict of Interest

ProHealth Journal is committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and editorial independence. Authors, reviewers, editors, and other parties involved in the publication process must disclose any potential conflict of interest that may influence their judgment.

1. Authors

Authors must disclose any financial, personal, professional, academic, or institutional interests that may influence the research or its publication.

If no conflict exists, authors should state:

“The authors declare that there is no conflict of interest.”

2. Reviewers

Reviewers must disclose any potential conflict of interest before accepting a review assignment. Reviewers should decline to review a manuscript if their personal, professional, academic, or financial interests may affect their impartiality.

3. Editors

Editors must disclose any potential conflict of interest and should not participate in decisions involving manuscripts in which they have a personal, professional, financial, or academic interest. Such manuscripts should be assigned to another qualified editor.

4. Disclosure and Management

Any conflict of interest identified before or after publication will be assessed by the journal. Appropriate actions may include requesting additional disclosure, assigning a different reviewer or editor, publishing a Correction or Expression of Concern, or issuing a Retraction when necessary.
